The Addison Ruffle Shorts

The Details: These shorts are available in white with a gorgeous pink floral pattern. It features tiered ruffles around the entire bottom making it look like a skirt, but there are shorts underneath! There is smocking on the waistline giving the shorts a very flattering shape. The material itself is not stretchy but the smocking makes the waistline stretchy.
